YOU WON'T ALWAYS BE MOTIVATED SO YOU HAVE TO LEARN TO BE DISCIPLINED
ABOUT
WHAT TO EXPECT
My specialty aligns with helping individuals find their purpose through college/career counseling services. I am also confident in helping individuals create more self-esteem and confidence. I also understand the dynamics of a healthy relationship and can offer insight to clients who struggle with relationship issues. It is my goal for my clients to learn new coping skills, new communication methods, and a better understanding of themselves and others. I look forward to leading you to greatness through thought-provoking questions and fostering an environment of openness. If you find it challenging to understand the reasons behind your behaviors and experience strained relationships, let’s talk about it. Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root cause.
MODALITY
I lead with a Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) approach, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Client-Centered approach as she understands one method may work better for some clients than others. I enjoy value exploration, goal-setting activities, and time management activities during my sessions with clients.
